A Senior-Friendly Home Designed for Comfort, Safety, and Peace of Mind
This cozy 2-room BTO flat was designed with Senior-friendly features in mind—providing a calm, safe, and practical space for a retired homeowner to enjoy daily living with ease.
From the start, safety and accessibility were our priorities. The layout is open and clutter-free, with smooth transitions between spaces. Rounded corners help reduce the risk of falls, and essential items like switches and storage are placed at accessible heights for added convenience.
To accommodate a live-in helper, we introduced a compact loft bed—elevated for privacy while keeping the footprint minimal. Beneath the loft, custom cabinetry and a small wardrobe were integrated to make the most of the available space.
The result is a soft, warm, and inviting home. A place designed for rest, routine, and retirement—where comfort meets care.
